Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-29

1. Who we are

Vylith is provided by SOUMARI LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17448813), registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@soumari.net. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Vylith.

2. The service

Vylith lets you describe a website or web app and have an AI agent plan, write and test it for you in an isolated environment, with a live preview. You can publish what you build at an address on our domain or on your own domain.

The output is generated automatically by AI and can contain mistakes. Check it before you rely on it, publish it or use it for anything important.

This agreement is made in English. We do not file a separate copy of it for you, but these terms stay available on this page and you receive an emailed receipt for every payment.

3. Who can use Vylith

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use Vylith for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One person per account.

4. Credits, plans and prices

Working with the agent uses credits. Each build uses credits in line with the AI work and build time it took, and you can see the usage of every build. When you run out, the agent stops safely and your work so far is kept.

New accounts get 120 free welcome credits once (enough for one complete site). Like all credits, they cannot be transferred and have no cash value.

Credit packs are a one-off payment. Purchased credits do not expire, cannot be transferred and have no cash value. 100 credits correspond to US$1 of AI and build usage at our current rates; the Credits page shows what each of your builds used.

Monthly plans (Starter, Pro, Max) give a credit allowance that refills on a rolling basis: a daily amount and a weekly cap. Unused allowance does not carry over. A plan renews every month until you cancel it; you can cancel at any time in Credits → Manage plan, and it stays active until the end of the month you paid for.

Prices are shown in US dollars and already include any VAT or sales tax we are required to charge; this is worked out from your billing address at checkout. Businesses can enter a VAT number. Payments are processed by Stripe.

We may change prices. A new plan price only applies from your next renewal after we have told you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.

5. Your right to cancel and refunds

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you can cancel a purchase within 14 days of making it, without giving a reason. Because Vylith is a digital service, at checkout you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that if you cancel within the 14 days you pay for what you have already used.

Credit packs: if you cancel within 14 days, we refund the pack minus the value of the credits you have already used from it.

Plans: if you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, we refund what you paid minus the part of the allowance you already used. After that, you can still cancel at any time; the plan then ends at the end of the month you paid for.

To cancel, send us any clear statement that you want to cancel, for example by email to info@soumari.net, or use the model form below. You do not have to use the form. We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to the payment method you used.

Model cancellation form: "To SOUMARI LTD, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, info@soumari.net: I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract for the supply of the following service: [plan or credit pack], ordered on [date], name of consumer(s), address of consumer(s), signature (only if sent on paper), date."

If we close your account for a reason other than your breach of these terms, stop providing Vylith, or materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we refund your unused purchased credits and the unused part of your current plan period.

None of this affects your statutory rights, for example if the service is faulty or not as described.

6. What you build and publish

You keep ownership of what you put into Vylith and, as far as the law allows, of the code and content generated for your projects. You give us the rights we need to run the service for you: storing, processing, building, displaying and hosting your content. We do not use your projects to train AI models.

You are responsible for what you publish, including having the rights to any text, images, names and logos you use and making sure your site complies with the law where it is offered (for example, your own privacy notice if your site collects personal data).

Free accounts can keep up to two sites online at once; plans can publish more, connect their own domains and download the source code of their projects. Sites you already published can always be updated.

If you connect your own Supabase account, the agent sets up and changes the database in that account on your instructions. That account and its data belong to you and are governed by your agreement with Supabase.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Vylith to build, publish or store: phishing or credential-harvesting pages; pages that impersonate real people, companies or organisations; malware or tools to attack others; spam; content that sexualises minors (see our Child Safety Standards); sexually explicit material; content that promotes violence or hatred; content that is illegal or infringes other people's rights; or anything designed to deceive or harm people.

You may not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, access other people's projects, or resell raw access to Vylith.

Requests are screened and every site is checked, partly by automated means, before it is published. We can refuse a build, take a site offline, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

When we restrict your content or account, we tell you the reasons, the facts we relied on, whether automated means were used, and how to challenge the decision. You can challenge it by replying to that message or writing to info@soumari.net, and a person will look at it.

Anyone can report illegal content on a site built or published with Vylith to info@soumari.net, giving the site address, the content concerned and why it is illegal. We handle reports promptly and let the reporter know what we decided.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Vylith available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Previews are temporary and go to sleep when unused. We may change or remove features. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes to these terms; if you do not agree, you can stop using Vylith and cancel your plan.

9. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

If you are a consumer: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We only supply Vylith for domestic and private use, so we are not responsible to consumers for loss of profit, business or business opportunity.

If you use Vylith for a business: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and US$100.

You are responsible for the content of the sites you publish and for how you use the generated output. This does not limit our responsibility to consumers described above.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this deletes your projects and takes your published sites offline. Credits cannot be used after deletion; if you are still within a 14-day cancellation period, cancel first and we refund you as described in section 5. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes. If you are a consumer living in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the EU, you can also bring proceedings in your own country and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@soumari.net and we will try to put it right.
